We put teaching brilliant sessions based on our bespoke curriculum ahead of bureaucracy, giving our teachers and leaders the support and resources they need to focus on delivering an excellent educational experience for all our children.
We also seek to innovate wherever we can. The Trust has a bespoke pay policy for teachers, with results based TLR payments for specific school projects. Most importantly this approach delivers exceptional results for our children, but also greater accountability and effective CPD for staff.
