Consistency in lesson structures Trust-wide enables us to provide demonstration lessons for teacher training which are complemented by a growing range of support initiatives including regular planning support, learning walks, book scrutiny and termly observations.

Support for less confident teachers is quickly provided too, ensuring issues are addressed quickly, so that teaching is never less than good. This genuinely supportive approach ensures not only that school and Trust leaders are accountable, but also that collectively we can achieve our vision of achievement for all.
